The less mass you have on your
tips, the less hand shock you will feel. |

When building a drying
box for your staves, remember: warm air rises. If you are using a light
bulb for heat, put the light bulb at the bottom of the box with vent
holes in the top of the box. This creates a warm air flow as the heat
rises - just what you want! Remember not to let the heat get above 100
degrees for safety sake. |

Paste wax your arrow
shafts and you will get a smoother release , which translates to faster
and more accurate.

The longer you build
your bow, the longer it will last. Longer bows shoot better. Build a
long bow - you can always shorten it. |
